It's best to measure your child's head circumference with a string or ribbon and then use a tape measure to get the exact measurement. This will help you when referring to the sizing on the product page. If any of our hats run too big or too small, we make a note on the product description whether you should size up or down.

Depending on where you are located within Canada, it can take between 3-5 business days or even quicker if you’re lucky! But no need to worry, you’ll be provided with a tracking number so you can count down the days ;)

We offer free returns on unworn items with tags still on within 30 days. All sale items are final.

Follow these steps for a stress-free return! Easy as 1-2-3!

1. Email us at hello@rarekidscompany.com - include your name, order number and your reason for return.

2. Once approved, we'll email you a free return packaging slip within 24 hours and further directions.

3. Package up your unworn, tags still on items and drop off at your nearest postal outlet (either CanadaPost or UPS depending on the return packaging slip). Please try to use the same box it was sent in - less waste and no returned damage hats! Win win!

Unfortunately, we’re unable to credit you the original cost of shipping. 

Need to swap a size or style? No problem. The best way to do this is to return the item that wasn’t quite right and purchase the one that’s going to be perfect.

Oh no! That’s not our style at all! We do our best to make sure that every piece of gear you receive is crafted to our best!
